Request data deletion
HPP-Track is operated by Hill's Panel Products Limited under the Google Play developer name HPP Systems. Follow these steps to request deletion of an HPP-Track account or personal data.
How to make a request
- Email hpp-track@hpponline.co.uk with the subject HPP-Track data deletion request.
- Include your full name, HPP-Track username and whether you want the account or particular data deleted.
- We may contact you through HPP to verify your identity before acting on the request.
Data that can be deleted
Subject to verification and any records that must be retained, deletion may include:
- the HPP-Track account and profile picture;
- active device sessions and push-notification registrations;
- messages, message photos and other optional profile information; and
- location history and other personal operational data that is no longer required.
Clearing the Android app's data or uninstalling it removes its local app data, but does not by itself delete information already synchronised to HPP-Track servers.
Data that may be retained
Delivery, proof-of-delivery, vehicle safety, message, photo and location records may be retained where they form part of required operational, employment, contractual, dispute, safety, legal or audit records. Data is kept only for as long as the applicable purpose or retention requirement continues, then deleted or anonymised where appropriate. We will explain any information that cannot be deleted when responding to the request.
